Castle Main Newsletter - December 2023

CASTLE High School strives to present students with diversity in practice. Our Dean, Ms. Lowe, and Ms. Creve are excellent examples of this. December was a wonderful opportunity to learn about Jewish culture through the celebration of Chanukah with Ms, Creve, including making her famous latkes. Students in the Family and Consumer Sciences program also learned how to make mini Yule logs, which are a popular Christmas dessert in France.
